Do your products come with a warranty? The warranty offered for each new item will depend upon the manufacturer. Premier Towing Centre do not offer any warranty for any product, therefore warranties are provided via the product manufacturer only. If you wish to enquire about the warranty offered on a particular item please contact us prior to purchase. Used items do not carry any warranty whatsoever, however all items are tested and found to be in working order prior to being placed on sale.
What delivery service do you use? For smaller items we use Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery. Larger/bulkier items are sent via courier services. All our deliveries are insured and require a signature. Should there be nobody to sign for the delivery the courier/post-person will usually leave a card saying that they tried to deliver, it is then your responsibility to contact them to re-arrange delivery at a time more convenient for yourself.
How long will my order take to arrive? We aim to despatch items in stock within 1-2 working days of receiving your payment, however some items may need to be ordered from our suppliers specially, in which case it may take approx 5 working days to despatch. Should the expected despatch date be beyond this we will contact you to let you know. Depending on stock levels, items can take up to 28 days to arrive. Should there be any delay beyond 28 days you will be given three options: continue to wait, purchase another item up to the same value, or receive a full refund. Provided you have given an email address when placing your order we will email you once your order has been despatched.
What can I do if I am unhappy with my purchase? Buyers are allowed 7 working days from receipt of their item in which to request a return. The buyer should return the item to us within 7 days of us acknowldeging the return request. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.
Simply send us an e-mail to premiertowing@btconnect.com, call us on 0121 5206858, or call into our shop in person, and we will arrange for your item to be replaced or refunded within 30 days. All items must be returned with the original packaging. Item return costs are the buyers responsibility unless the item is faulty. If a buyer advises the item is faulty it will be tested upon return, and if found to be faulty return postage costs will be issued (reasonable costs allowed). We suggest should you need to return an item to us, you should use a service that requires a signature upon receipt.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments via credit/debit cards and Paypal. We are also able to accept payment via cheque and postal order if sent via post, credit/debit cards over the telephone, and credit/debit cards or cash in person at our shop.
Do you accept Credit or Debit cards?
Yes. Once you have finished shopping you will be directed to a secure site where you will be able to complete your card payment via a secure server. You have the option to pay via Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account these are free to sign up for, your card details are secure (we never see them), and your delivery address and email address will be passed on to us. You can pay in one of two ways; follow the directions given from 'your shopping cart' and be redirected to Paypal, and enter your card details when requested, or email us and we can send you an invoice via email whe you are able to pay via Paypal or Google Checkout. We are also able to accept credit/debit cards over the telephone and in person at our shop.
Where can I find out postage costs for my item?
Postage costs will depend upon the size, weight and value of the item(s) you have ordered. Your total postage costs will be displayed prior to paying by viewing your basket. We charges a flat fee of £2.25, plus £3.00 per kg (or 30p per 100g) for the total weight of the order. For orders worth up to £40 approx and weighing less than 2kg we send via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. For orders worth £36 to £500 and weighing less than 1kg we send via Royal Mail Special Delivery. For orders worth more than £40 where the weight is more than 1kg, or for larger/bulkier items, we send via courier. Should you require postage outside of the UK please contact us for a quote first. Should we receive any paid order which requires shipping outside of the UK we will contact you with the additional shipping costs which will need to be paid prior to posting.
When your order has been despatched we wil email to advise you of the date of despatch and postage method used. Should you wish to know the tracking information for the parcel we will also advise you of this upon request.
